Return

All our orders go through a stringent Quality Check process by our Qualified team of experts before the dispatch. In case the product received is defective (such as a tear or a stain on the product), damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of the delivery. We will get the product replaced free of cost. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the outer packaging is received in a damaged or tampered condition (like any hole or courier mishandling), then before opening the packaging, please make an UNBOXING VIDEO first. If the product inside is received in a damaged condition, then this unboxing video is a MUST. Without the UNBOXING VIDEO, we will not be able to take any action.

PROCESS: 

Please send the picture of the defective/faulty product along with the original packaging in which the product was received. The picture must show intact tag and label of Koral Dusk. Please email the pictures to koraldusk@gmail.com

Our team will arrange a reverse pick up for the product to be exchanged. Courier pick up person will come within 7 days of placing the request.

A fresh order will be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product in our warehouse.

 

Exchange

Exchange of the product can be done only in case of any size issue within 7 days of the delivery. Exchange with other products is not available.

Process:

Please send the picture of the product to be exchanged along with the original packaging in which the product was received. The picture must show intact tag and label of Koral Dusk. Please email the pictures to koraldusk@gmail.com

Fresh order charges will be Rs.100 for T-shirts and Crop tops and Rs. 120 for Sweatshirts, Hoodies and oversized T-shirts which will be in advance. Reverse pick up will be arranged only after receiving this payment.

Please note:

You can exchange the product only once with us. We do not offer exchange of the exchanged product. Product to be exchanged should be unworn and unwashed. All tags and labels must be in the same condition; in which it was delivered.

 

Refund

Refunds are provided in the cases where the payment is failed, debited or double debited from customer's account. Amount will be credited back to the source within 7 working days.

 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at koraldusk@gmail.com. within 4 hours of placing the order. After 4 hours, the order gets automatically processed.

COD Orders - Incase a COD order is cancelled when it has been processed or is in transit or not accepted at the time of delivery, the customer is automatically blocked by the system for any future COD transactions. For such customers, only Online Payment option is available for future transactions.
